Employment Opportunities with Bronxwood

We are currently hiring. If you are or know a RN, LPN, PT, OT, SLP, CSW, HHA, or PCA we want you.

Required documentation:
Physical w/ rubella & rubeola  and mump titers/levels
PDD and a 2nd PPD 10 to 15 days after 1rst
If PDD is positive, then chest x-ray is needed
Drug screening
2 references w/ telephone numbers
Certificate
State I.D. & S.S. Card
Hepititis B consent/declination
M.D. has to check off if the employee can work with or without limitations.

Documents needed for R.N.  or Physical Therapist are as follows:
NYS License
Physical (same as above)
Drug screen
Infection control training certificate (OSHA)
